Lac Seul was fantastic for Walleye action, lots of fish in the 20-24 inch, too many fish to count.Jigs with minnows/leaches along with crankbaits and Gulp Smelt.Cliff Lake came to give us 12 Muskies from 34 to 28 inches,5 on Bucktails(Perch) and the rest were taken on large Silver Bombers.Quite a few smaller Northerns in the 20-26 inch range.Crane,Sand Point,Namakan Laes provided lots of action with the smaller Walleyes on Lindy Rigs and Leaches along with Munchies and Gulp. Some Lake Trout and Smallmouth on Sand Point but more action on Namakan with Smallmouth going for small top water baits.Crane Lake gave up 2 northern at 40 and 41 inches also 3 Muskies in the Mouth of the Gorge.A great time was enjoyed even through the snowstorm on Cliff Lake

Correction; The Muskies on Cliff Lake were 34 to 48 inches instead of the 28 inches that my nimble fingers let loose on the top Post

The Vermillion River Gorge is a great place for eyes too. They put up markers early on when the eyes are spawning there not to fish.
When you go into Namikan next time ,you might want to go to the falls over by Old Dutch Bay.It's on your left as you get ready to go into Kabetogama.
