I second that! THANK YOU smile smiley Darcy and I had a great time at the get together and also on the lake receiving tips on how to catch some crappies. It was nice to meet all that showed up for the great food, the good stories and one-liners and tips on how to be a little more successful. We'll have to do it again soon. For all those that weren't able to make it, we had a great time and missed ya... maybe next time more are able to attend. Possibly make it a weekend trip to a campground somewhere? smile smiley See you on the lake soon. Thanks again Jim and Sara.

Guys,

It was our pleasure! What a great time!

Saturday morning, Iceman showed up about 9 or so, followed by DDR and then Crappie Magnet. The 4 of us hit the lake for a few hours and ended up with 20 in the livewell. Got back to my place and Sara was visiting with mnRookie and his lovely wife Darcy. A short time later, bassfishinguy pulled in. We cleaned the fish and started on dinner. While Crappie Magnet whipped up a huge pot of some awesome chili, Sara cooked the fish and I manned the grill cooking steaks. Sara's mom brought loads of cookies and treats, 4 big plates of taco dip, Sara made tater salad, deviled eggs, and so on!!!! Sara's sister Amy and her husband Rusty stopped over as well as another friend of ours. After everyone fed their faces to the point of not being able to move, we started a campfire and settled in around it for the evening. Sharing stories pictures and stuff, I think the fire was finally extinguished about 1:30am.

Sunday morning, Iceman and I worked on Rasdar's boat motor for a bit and got it running. Then Sara (Goddess), myself, Iceman and DDR went back to the lake for a few more hours of fishing. This time only a dozen keepers but a fabulous day none the less. MnRookie and his wife showed up and schooled us on catching crappies. Darcy couldnt keep them off of her line!!!! 25 yds from us and out fishing us like crazy!! Nice work Dave & Darcy!!!!

Thank you eveyone for coming. As we said, you folks pretty much saw how we spend our weekends. Fishing and sitting around the fire at night. All are always welcome here, just give us a call. We always enjoy the company of good folks!!! Our place isnt anything fancy, but all are always welcome!!!

Thanks again!! Hope to do it again soon!!!

Jim
