As of today, the weather prognasticators are saying that this high pressure won't hold through the 13th. They are calling for temps in the low 60's with 60% chance of rain in central Minnesota.
I just might have to disagree with them. I don't see anything forming in the Pacific northwest that will bring Minnesota crappy weather like last year.

Now, if you're right about the opener, I'll stop using weather.com because it says rain showers for 5 days straight minimum leading up to Saturday.

Tonight May 10 Showers 38°

Thu May 11 Showers 52/35°

Fri May 12 Showers 42°/36

Sat May 13 Few Showers 54°/42°

Sun May 14 Few Showers 58°/45°

Mon May 15 Mostly Cloudy 63°/45°

Tue May 16 Isolated T-Storms 64°/40°

This is what the weather channel says for the area up here... definitely an exact copy of last year's opener weekend. Brainerd area looks the same. Up north by East Grand Forks it says 10 degrees warmer actually. I'm thinking I should have bought 'frog togs' last time I saw the commercial on tv.

In our state, a SLIGHT chance of showers means you're gonna get soaked. Rain wouldn't be *that* bad if the temp was in the 60's I guess.

If you look at wisc. radar, they have a mess down there. Clean that up! If we get something it will be a tail off of that blob.
